We’re looking for a results-driven Middle Business Development Manager with experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing to own the end-to-end sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to signed contracts. You’ll build predictable pipeline, run discovery, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → discovery → proposal → negotiation → close.
  • Outbound & lead gen: multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email) based on a clear ICP/Buyer Persona.
  • Customer development: identify pains, run discovery, and secure first meetings with decision makers.
  • Sales meetings: participate in client calls, tailor decks/case studies, and drive the deal to signature.
  • CRM discipline & reporting: maintain clean pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet targets/KPIs.
  • Accountability: take ownership for outcomes and demonstrate consistent, measurable results.
Вимоги

Requirements (Must-have)

  • Proven B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies.
  • Hands-on background in lead generation / sales outreach / customer development.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (confident verbal & written client communication).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM / email automation tools.
  • Strong business writing, discovery, and negotiation skills; organized, self-driven, goal-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Experience building sequences (copy + cadence) and A/B testing outreach.
  • Familiarity with buyer roles (CTO, Product, Engineering, Procurement) and IT service offerings.
  • Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, margin) and proposal/pricing structuring.
