Senior Tech Lead (Chief technical officer)

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role, mentoring, or similar positions guiding development teams.
• API Development: Practical experience in high-performance API development.
• SPA Applications: Practical experience in building Single Page Applications (SPAs).

Cloud Experience:

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud providers, specifically:
• AWS or GCP.
• MS Azure is highly preferred due to project-specific requirements.

SQL Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL with experience in at least one of the following: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL.
• Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Familiarity with DPT tools.
• Containers: Experience with running applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• OOP Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Principles, with the ability to apply them in practice.
• Code Quality: Experience in improving code quality and conducting code reviews.
• Production Systems: Experience in supporting and developing complex systems running in production.
• Task Management: Good task decomposition skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Technology Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, or other similar frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience in TypeScript, Vue, Nuxt, or other similar frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of MySQL and performance optimization.
• Practical experience using ElasticSearch, Redis, and Message Brokers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Commercetools, and PIM systems.
