1. Communication & Reporting — Provide regular project updates and report scope changes to the Head of Delivery. — Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients, internal teams, and other departments. — Collaborate on internal operational and departmental initiatives.
2. Operational activities — Support the Head of Delivery in operational implementation and process alignment. — Ensure projects are executed in accordance with PMG (Project Management Governance).
3. People Management — Take an active role as a People Partner for developers within assigned teams. — Provide feedback, monitor performance, and support professional growth.
4. Project Planning & Execution — Build and maintain project plans, backlogs, risk registers, and other documentation (SOWs, roadmaps, etc.). — Manage resources, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
5. Risk & Issue Management — Identify potential risks early and take ownership of their mitigation. — Proactively resolve issues and blockers, ensuring minimal impact on project goals.
6. Pre-Sales Support — Participate in pre-sales discussions, requirements clarification, estimations, and client presentations. — Contribute to shaping delivery proposals and setting realistic expectations.
