We specialize in both outstaff and outsourcing projects, providing our clients with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. We are currently seeking an Operations Delivery Manager who will lead our department to success and enhance our operational efficiency.

Position Overview:
As an Operations Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will play a crucial role in mentoring project managers, improving internal processes, and fostering effective communication across departments. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering top-notch services to our clients.

– Controlling project executions
– Monitoring project managers successes with CDO
– Improving internal processes
– Communication and building processes with another departments
– Mentoring project managers
– Solving problem and conflict situations
– Monthly planning with CDO and executing internal tasks
– Regular status reporting to CDO
– Be a part of new pre-sales. monitoring and controlling

Вимоги

– Strong knowledge of SDLC
– Deep knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
– Experience in leading enterprise level projects
– Strong knowledge of pre-sale, knowledge of discovery phase will be a big plus
– Good technical knowledge (developer basis will be a plus)
– Strong leadership
– Analytical thinking
– Be familiar with Jira, Teams, Outlook
– Ability to fast react on change requests
– Basic understanding of description business processes
