1. Pre-sale activities:
Working on clients’ requirements, help with coordination of estimation and timelines. Take part in client meetings and presentations.
2. Project planning and execution:
Creating a detailed project plan considering client requirements, and managing resource allocation effectively and in accordance with PMG (Project Management Governance);
Ensure work meets agreed-upon quality standards.
3. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks, take ownership on all issues/blockers resolutions.
4. Communication:
Provide updates on project progress and scope changes to CDO;
Maintain effective communication with clients, teams, and partners;
Collaborate in internal company and department initiatives.
5. Budget Management:
Manage project costs and metrics according to the agreements;
Be responsible for achievement of internal KPIs.
6. Project closure and Evaluation:
Ensure project sign off is aligned with primary pre-sale commitments and upon agreed SoWs/Proposals, in time, in scope and in budget;
Evaluate project success based on pre-sale expectations.
7. Mitigate roadblocks and manage Client’s expectations.
1. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (outsource/outstaff business models)
Managing multiple projects at a time, experience working with Enterprise projects (Manufacturing, e-Com) and international Tenders is a big plus;
2. Good experience in conducting discovery stage, project kick-off, pre-sale, project sign-off;
3. Proficiency in project management tools and software (Jira/Atlassian, Miro, Excel, etc);
4. Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies;
5. Great interpersonal abilities to create, maintain, and nurture client relationships;
6. Good team player and relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills;
7. Solid understanding of change and expectations management;
8. Technical competence in understanding software development and adjoined services;
9. Understanding of project pricing model (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated teams) and billing/invoicing procedures; 10. Understanding of project/budget estimation techniques; 11. At least Upper-intermediate English level (both spoken and written).
