Looking for a SDR/Leadgen for long term cooperation.
Full remote, full time.

Requirements:

* experience working with tools and resources for data search and leads DB generation,
* strong will to fulfil monthly and quarterly objectives,
* understanding of sales pipeline management,
* excellent writing and speaking abilities (at least Upper Intermediate),
* analytical mindset and advanced search skills.

Will be a plus:

1. A knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people.
2. Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
3. Knowledge of software development process and social networking principles.
4. Education & experience living in an English-speaking country.
5. Desire to grow as a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business opportunities via different channels (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) based on the ICP and Buyer Persona profile.
2. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points.
Build structured and consistent approach to lead nurturing (customized approach for manual LinkedIn outreach).
3. Reach out to prospects via personalized outreach methodologies and techniques.
4. Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-up with prospects, BANT qualification.
5. Meeting set up, meeting coordination (intro-calls with the clients are possible).
6. Maintain database (PipeDrive), work with tools (Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, etc), work with Google documents/sheets/presentations.
7. Daily/monthly reports and improvements.

Stages:

1. Interview with a recruiter.
2. Test task.
3. Interview with the Head of Bussiness development department.
