We are looking for a Sales Manager (Tenders) who is ready for challenges and growth!

  • Managing the full sales cycle from finding new clients to closing deals.
  • Work with (Apollo, Zoominfo, Crunchbase, Snovio, Smart Reach, Upwork, MC 365.
  • Searching for new clients through various channels (LinkedIn, Email, etc.) based on the Ideal Client Profile/Buyer Person profile.
  • Conducting needs analysis, identifying pain points of potential clients, and leading to a meeting (initial call).
  • Participating in client meetings, preparing presentations, and leading to contract signing.
  • Reporting and achieving the company’s goals/KPIs.
  • Taking responsibility and showing results.
1. Tender Identification and Opportunity Assessment:
– Research and pinpoint potential tender opportunities in the IT development sector.
– Evaluate tender documents to determine feasibility and alignment with the organization’s capabilities and goals.
2. Bid Preparation and Submission:
– Collaborate with development team to compile information and create compelling tender responses.
– Develop and manage a comprehensive bid schedule, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality tender proposals.
– Write and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s messaging.
3. Sales Management:
– Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
– Use effective sales techniques to secure commitments and close deals.
– Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential clients.
4. Risk Management:
– Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
– Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and address financial considerations in tender submissions.
