  • Master’s Degree in the business-related discipline;
  • Experience as CBDO/Head of Sales in IT outsourcing is a MUST;
  • Proven track record of building highly effective business interpersonal relationships and generating new business;
  • Experience building a high functioning, quality-driven, no-nonsense teams;
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many discrete, highly varied tasks at once without losing focus on any individual items and without missing a stride;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of instilling that characteristic in others;
  • Strategic and commercial mindset, ability to maintain a high level of productivity;
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in closing complex commercial deals, managing conflict, negotiation, and winning outcomes;
  • Must be fluent in English, spoken and written;
  • Computer literacy ideally proficient using Microsoft Office, Jira, CRM.


  • Support and to nurture existing relationships and maximize all outsourcing and outstaffing through market expansion;
  • Manage the Sales & Marketing team, organize business processes within the department and its cooperation with other departments of the company;
  • Cooperate closely with partners on the development and improvement services company;
  • Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends;
  • Oversee the implementation of the Sales & Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR;
  • Manage various trade shows activities with further marketing support;
  • Manage to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
