Tasks
  • Find leads with outsourcing collaboration requests through various channels (LinkedIn, UpWork, Slack, XING, etc.) based on the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Qualify leads for alignment with the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Nurture leads with unformed needs through active communication.
  • Inform leads about the potential of SIA and the benefits of collaborating with us.
  • Organize meetings between leads and sales (Intro calls).
  • Meet KPIs focused on lead generation effectiveness.
  • Take a proactive approach to building the lead generation process and improving strategies.
  • Assist less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience in lead generation in the outsourcing industry (7-10 leads per month).
  • Confident user of tools such as Sales Navigator, UpWork, and MeetAlfred.
  • Experience with Slack and outsourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Zoho CRM and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Leadership skills and prior experience as a team lead are a plus.
  • Proficient in English at B2+/C1 level.
