- Find leads with outsourcing collaboration requests through various channels (LinkedIn, UpWork, Slack, XING, etc.) based on the Ideal Client Profile.
- Qualify leads for alignment with the Ideal Client Profile.
- Nurture leads with unformed needs through active communication.
- Inform leads about the potential of SIA and the benefits of collaborating with us.
- Organize meetings between leads and sales (Intro calls).
- Meet KPIs focused on lead generation effectiveness.
- Take a proactive approach to building the lead generation process and improving strategies.
- Assist less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise.
